  Unveiling the diversity and distribution of Coelotinae (Araneae, Agelenidae) spiders from Chongqing, China Abstract This research examines the funnel-web spider subfamily Coelotinae (Araneae, Agelenidae) from karst caves and associated subterranean environments in Chongqing Municipality, China, resulting in the identification of 84 species across 20 genera, which includes nine new genera and 58 new species: Antrocoelotes gen. nov., A. jiangjin sp. nov. The Hitherto Unknown Female of Araniella Maasdorpi (araneae: Araneidae)

Abstract

The hitherto unknown female of the araneid spider species Araniella maasdorpi Zamani and Marusik, 2020 from Kashmir Himalaya, India is described and illustrated in detail. The specimen examined has been deposited at the National Forest Insect Collection, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India with accession number: FRI/NFIC/23708. Dichotomous taxonomic key of Indian species of genus Araniella is also provided for future studies.
