Unlike traumatic compartment syndrome there have been no documented cases of ischemic limb injury after envenomated patients have received antivenom. Furthermore, there is experimental evidence that fasciotomy worsens myonecrosis. A new species of Filistatinella Gertsch & Ivie, 1936 (Araneae: Filistatidae) from Sonora, Mexico

ABSTRACT 

A   new spider of the genus Filistatinella (Filistatidae) is described from Hermosillo, Sonora,  Mexico.  This new species, F. bacanora sp. nov., is described based on both sexes and fills a distribution gap for the genus in northwestern Mexico.
